We are looking to recruit a new Project Support Coordinator for our Gig Buddies Cymru befriending project.
Gig Buddies Cymru (managed by Learning Disability Wales) is an innovative friendship project that matches people with a learning disability and/or autism with a volunteer who shares the same interests, so they can enjoy social activities together.
We are looking for a positive, organised, creative and enthusiastic person to support the team by providing administrative support, including processing participant and volunteer applications, and organising social events and volunteer training.
You will also communicate the work of the project through easy read communication and video clips that continues to promote this incredible inclusive community of people who like fun and friendship, seeing each Gig Buddy member as the fabulous individual that they are.
If you would like to work in a passionate and driven team and you are committed to helping us address the inequalities people with a learning disability face, then this might just be the job for you.
