Here are some useful FAQs for you if you have already booked a place at one of our events or are thinking of doing so.

Each event description will include where the event will be held. You will be sent full details and directions 2 weeks before the event takes place.
We only use venues that are wheelchair accessible and have accessible parking and toilet facilities. If you have any access requirements you want us to know about in advance, you can put them on you booking form.

Hot drinks, water and biscuits will be provided.
Hot drinks, water and biscuits will be provided as well as a light lunch, unless otherwise stated.
We make sure that when we are catering for events there will be food suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. If you have any allergies or other dietary requirements you can let us know when you book.

All the venues we use have disabled/accessible parking.
Where possible there will be a general use car park available.
Details will be give to you 2 weeks prior to the event.

We always try to keep the cost of attending our events as low as possible. Some of our events are free but for some you will have to pay for your ticket.
We have three ticket prices for each event – they will be shown on each event’s webpage.
You can pay by Credit or Debit card online when you make your booking.
If you do not pay online when you book you will be sent an invoice which you can then pay by Bank transfer or cheque.
Ring us on 029 2068 1160 to let us know you can’t attend, you will need to confirm your details in an email to us at training@ldw.org.uk, make sure you give your full name and the event you can no longer attend.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event day will still be charged.
Someone else can come in your place, you won’t be charged. Ring us on 029 2068 1160 to let us know, you will need to confirm your details and the person replacing you in an email to us at training@ldw.org.uk.
