We want to improve the quality and range of daytime services and activities for people with a learning disability across Wales.

Our network aims to

1.    Enhance collaboration

Foster strong partnerships among organisations to share best practices and resources.

2.    Improve services

Encourage the continuous improvement of the quality and range of daytime services and activities.

3.    Increase agency

Stand up for the rights of people with a learning disability to have choice and control over day services and activities they take part in.

At this first meeting of the network, we will discuss these aims, see an example of an innovative day service in Wales and work in groups to assess the challenges and opportunities in the short and long term.
