All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre – Easy Read booklet about the Penicillin allergy test

The All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre asked us to create an Easy Read version of their booklet. The booklet is information for patients about the penicillin allergy test. It is designed to make important health information accessible and clear for everyone.
The booklet explains what penicillin is, what an allergy means, and how common penicillin allergies are. It covers why the test is important, how it is done, and what to expect after.
It includes how results are handled and how to contact the healthcare team if needed.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the booklet. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
