NHS Wales – Medical Examiner Service for Wales – Easy Read

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership asked us to make an Easy Read version of their new booklet. The booklet is about the Medical Examiner Service for Wales and provides information for people who have been bereaved.
The booklet explains what the Medical Examiner Service is and how they investigate deaths. It also discusses if funeral plans might take longer, what the Medical Examiner might ask you, and what to do if you have any concerns.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the booklet. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
