The Welsh Government asked us to make an Easy Read version of their guide for Wales about the Duty of Quality.

The Duty of Quality is about how the NHS and Welsh Government must work to provide safe and effective health care.

The guide explains what the Duty of Quality is, how it applies in different situations and how the NHS can work to improve the standard of services.

We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the guide. All are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
