Older People’s Commissioner for Wales – Easy Read GP Practices in Wales

The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales asked us to make an Easy Read version of their new guide. It is about accessing and using GP practices in Wales and outlines the rights and services available to older patients.
The guide explains how to join a GP practice, what services they offer, how to make appointments, ordering medication and getting test results.
It also covers patient rights, how to get the information you need, and how to make complaints.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the guide. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
