Betsi Cadwaladr UHB – Easy Read North Wales on the Move
February 2025 | Annual Report 2024 for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
We worked with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to create an Easy Read version of their annual report.
The report talks about the importance of being active in North Wales and strategies to help people move more. It explains why being active is good for both physical and mental health. It also stresses the need to make exercise easier and more accessible for everyone.
It looks at why movement matters, the benefits of being active, and the barriers that stop people from exercising. It compares activity levels in North Wales to national guidelines and the role of public services and communities in helping people move more. The report also covers projects and initiatives like nature-based activities and workplace support.
The goal is to make sure everyone in North Wales has a fair chance to be active and enjoy the benefits of movement.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the report. Both versions are digitally accessible for screen readers and assistive technology.
