Welsh Government – Easy Read Day and Respite Services in Wales Survey

We worked with the Welsh Government to create an Easy Read version of their Day and Respite Opportunities questionnaire.
The survey asks about people’s experiences with day and respite services in Wales. These services are essential for supporting people’s needs and giving carers a break.
The survey is based on a review published in March 2024. It aims to find out what works well with these services, what needs improvement and how services have changed.
The survey includes questions about how well services meet your needs, whether they help you stay healthy, and how they support you in learning skills or finding jobs. It also asks about any changes in services, how you access them, and the use of Direct Payments, including the support available to manage them.
Your responses will help the Welsh Government understand any issues and improve day and respite services.
The survey is now open until 4:00pm on Wednesday 19 February 2025.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the report. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and assistive technology users.
