Resilience is when a person uses their strengths and skills to manage life’s challenges.
We all need resilience skills to help manage the stresses of life and this is particularly important to consider for a person with a learning disability. This half day training will look at how resilience can be developed and consider areas such as confidence, self-esteem, self-efficacy and the roles they play in resilience.
Anybody wanting to learn resilience skills to support others or themselves will find this training hugely inspiring and life-changing.
